In the living room, you'll find a large table with 4 chairs, the sofa and its coffee table, and a TV corner equipped with a 43" LED Smart TV.

The kitchen area consists of two parts: a classic open space and, at the rear, a smaller, more discreet room. Here you'll find a washing machine, a 45 cm dishwasher, a 2-burner induction hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a classic and a Nespresso coffee maker, a plancha, an air fryer, and everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals.

The bathroom has an Italian shower, vanity-mounted washbasin with large drawer, heated towel rail, hairdryer and laundry basket.

In the bedroom, you'll find a double bed (140 cm) with quality mattress (28 cm), a large closet with shelves and hanging space.

On the terrace, you'll find a table with 4 chairs and two relax seats for meals or lounging.

A hiking trail runs past the foot of the building and links up with other paths for touring the area. An electric car charging station is available in the residence (less than 100 meters away).

Enjoy sea views from the terrace and lounge. Vehicles are recommended, but you can reach the center of L'Ile-Rousse and its beach in 15 minutes on foot, and the Leclerc shopping center in around 10 minutes.

By car, the parking lots at Bodri and Junquidu beaches are 10 minutes away, as are other beaches to the east (Lozari, Ostriconi). Numerous coves and the unspoilt natural site of the Isles of La Pietra, with the pedestrian road leading to the lighthouse, are also within easy reach (30 minutes' walk from the residence). The port is a 5-minute drive away, and Calvi airport 30 minutes.
