Biscuiterie Salvatori is located on Place du Canon in L'Ile-Rousse, in the Balagne region of France.
Open all year round, it welcomes you every day from June to September, from 9am to 7.30pm, and from October to May, from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm.

Founded in 1973 in L'Ile-Rousse, Haute-Corse, it is a must for gourmets in search of authentic Corsican flavors. Specializing in the artisanal production of traditional cakes, the cookie factory offers a wide range of homemade delights, made with quality local ingredients.

A true symbol of Corsican craftsmanship, it is renowned for its specialties, notably Canistrelli: crunchy white wine-based cookies, available in some twenty flavors (caramel, orange, hazelnut, almond, fig, chocolate, plain, chestnut, etc.). We also offer Tourtellini, soft egg-based cakes in several flavors (amaretti, candied clementine, lemon, etc.), as well as Corsican macaroons, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. For aperitifs, the cookie factory also offers Olioses, savory cookies with olives, prizuttu (Corsican ham) and Corsican cheese, perfect for sharing over a drink with friends.

The boutique also offers a selection of artisanal Corsican products: homemade jams, Balagne honey, homemade myrtle aperitifs and digestifs, syrups, as well as wines from local producers.

A place of tradition and passion, the Biscuiterie Salvatori has been perpetuating traditional know-how for three generations, where each product is made with care. In the factory, adjacent to the boutique, you can watch the team making the cookies, while enjoying the enchanting aromas.
