The Speluncatu heritage trail lies in the heart of the Reginu valley. Walk in the footsteps of the ancient inhabitants who have shaped this land for centuries.

Along the way, you'll discover a rich and varied heritage: the abandoned village of Giustiniani, an ancient apiary (ernaghju), dry-stone walls, a mill, a wine press (palmentu), a forge (stazzona) and a 15th-century tower.

The itinerary also passes through ancient agricultural areas featuring aghje (wheat fields), lenze (cultivation terraces), cattle feeders (vaccaghje), gardens and vegetable plots.

Along the way, you can admire two chapels, a cobbled area known as chjappata and several pagliaghji (straw huts), remnants of the rural way of life of yesteryear.
