The 20 apartments include T2 apartments for up to 3 people, and T3 apartments for up to 4 people. The apartments have been designed for individual travelers, couples and families with children aged 7 and over.
Loggia terraces or balconies allow you to dine al fresco, facing the sea and enjoying breathtaking views and sunsets.

The creek of Guardiola, also known as "Cala d'Alivu" or "Palumbare", located around 300 meters from the residence, allows you to swim in turquoise waters simply by crossing the road, without needing to take the car.
The residence's location makes it easy to visit the villages of Balagne, Cap Corse and inland Corsica, while enjoying river bathing just an hour's drive away, as well as numerous nearby beaches.

The swimming pool is open from May to September, depending on weather and administrative conditions, and is closed at night.
