U Viaghju, which means "the journey" in Corsican, was born of a family adventure between a father and son with a passion for discovery and encounters. Located in the heart of the Balagne region, this eco-domain produces artisanal spirits inspired by Corsican nature. Gin, vodka, liqueurs and whisky are created from wild maquis plants and local mountain water, using traditional wood-fired distillation methods. The estate is particularly renowned for its Mediterranean whisky, smoked with olive wood and produced in limited quantities.

Set between sea, mountains and scrubland, U Viaghju offers a true immersion in the Corsican art of living.
