Bordered by evergreen holm oaks and majestic Laricio pines, this valley offers a haven for exceptional biodiversity.

Under the benevolent gaze of the surrounding peaks, every nook and cranny of the Vallée du Fango is home to an abundance of life. Endemic plants with colourful flowers line the banks, while birds and insects twirl in the pure air. Small streams meander through the lush vegetation, providing cool havens to cool off on hot summer days.

Listed as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO and a Natura 2000 area, this valley is a natural treasure to be preserved. To ensure the protection of this unique environment, parking is strictly regulated, with dedicated areas to welcome visitors.
