Nothing predestined David Bichon to work the land, yet he chose the olive-growing paths of Balagne for his future.

In the 1970s, the young man began his business by restructuring an olive grove on the outskirts of the village of Avapessa. The farmer was soon keen to acquire larger plots, and began by renting out land on the Reginu plain. Seventeen hectares were then put under cultivation.
Dominique made his debut in 2000! A florist in L'Ile-Rousse, she embarked on the adventure alongside her future husband. Together, they acquired new plots of land.
Three new hectares were added to the estate, on which a thousand endemic trees were planted.
Fifteen years later, the estate boasts almost 7,000 olive trees!
