Under century-old olive trees, the Comte Santucci family welcomes you to their estate. Camille, a passionate agronomist, cultivates 11 hectares of organic olive trees and raises his own bees. An oil and honey production rooted in Corsican nature.
The Comte Santucci family welcomes you to the heart of their estate, under century-old olive trees, to share a sincere passion and know-how rooted in Corsican soil.

Camille Comte, the owner, discovered Corsica while studying biology at the University of Corsica. Originally from southern Burgundy, he quickly fell in love with Corsica, its wild nature and its pace of life. After a few years teaching biology and agronomy in Chile, he decided to return and settle here, to realize a dream: to produce organic olive oil in harmony with nature.

Settled in 2011, Camille planted his first olive trees on 5 hectares. Two years later, he also set up beehives to produce honey. With a passion for beekeeping, he developed a small artisanal honey factory. Today, in addition to the estate's land, he also cultivates 6 hectares in the Parc de Saleccia, near L'Île-Rousse.

Camille lives by the rhythm of nature. He works patiently, listening to the seasons, the trees and the bees. For him, production means understanding. "You have to live with the vagaries of nature, and listen to it. It's an essential symbiosis," he confides.

At Domaine Comte Santucci, we cultivate much more than olives and honey: we cultivate a simple, respectful and profoundly human way of life.
